1. Use Company box to filter users by customer
2. Sign in as user – Click the “blue person icon” (see image below) to sign into the users PipeLine account (in a new tab):
(or, click the blue phone icon to access their mobile instance 
)
~ Close the tab to end that session ~
~ If you click sign-out within the users account you will need to log into your own account again ~
3. Export to CSV – to export current page of results to CSV (adjust “Page Size” below the grid to include more/all users)
4. View User Profile – Click on email address to access user profile
Other items:
- Company = link to company/customer profile
- Subscribed = indicates whether user has “Daily News” email notifications enabled
- Created = when user account was added
- Last Login = last time user clicked sign in button
- Expiry = NOT USED
- Other features might not be available to your access level
